Meet the Leadership Team

Joey Zumaya, Founding Partner

Joey has over 18 years of leadership and consulting experience. He currently leads the Nonprofit division at LinkedIn. Joey sits on the National Board and is the Chairman of the Western Territorial Advisory Board.

He is also the recipient of the Certificate of Exceptional Service Award for his philanthropic work. Joey is a member of The Salvation Army whose family has deep ties with the organization.

Mariana Zumaya, Managing Partner

Mariana has over a decade of experience working in nonprofits, specializing in communications and media. Her expertise spans from public relations and marketing to media buying. 

She is the board liaison for the Western Territorial Advisory Board and hosts a series of interviews featuring different Echelon chapters titled “Echelon Talk”.
